  • There is no current brokerage agreement in place;
  • A purchase agreement is concluded exclusively through Proxximmo.

The procedure :

  1. Contact us without obligation via contact form / phone / email.
  2. You will receive a written agreement for your referral.
  3. We will contact the named individual immediately, or you can establish contact, to discuss the next steps.
  4. We will thank you with the agreed referral fee (20% of the broker's commission up to a maximum of €10,000) as soon as the property has been successfully notarized.
